Since it was the weekend, I figured I wouldn’t see a shipping update until at least Monday (let’s be real: many companies push weekend orders to the next Tuesday) but to my surprise, I received the shipping notice and tracking info on SUNDAY! I purchased a tent from fresh air junkie on eBay, but it turned out to be defective. After reaching out for a refund, I was completely ignored until eBay got involved. The seller wouldn’t provide the right details for the return, and when I sent it back, he claimed he never got it. Now, I’m out my tent and the hundred quid I spent on it.

I purchased a Buffalo mountain shirt ahead of my son's birthday, which falls just before Christmas. Sadly, it didn't fit right. They only allow returns within 14 days and wouldn't refund or exchange it since they were out of stock in other sizes. The customer service was really lacking. I ended up getting another one from a more reliable supplier. I won't be shopping with them again.

Sadly, it turned out to be the wrong size, so I reached out to them for an exchange. Their strict returns policy doesn’t permit returns after 30 days. There’s no special returns period for the holidays. No biggie, I guess I’ll just sell the gift and buy another one from a different store.
